Rushell R. “Shelly” Weinaug, 48, of 421 N. Elk Avenue, passed away Monday (March 30, 2015) at Warren General Hospital.
Born November 4, 1966, in Hammond, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Cecil B. and Louise B. Jackson Kuchel. On October 19, 2005, in Houston, TX, she married Scott Weinaug who survives.
Shelly, a homemaker, was a former member of the Kane Eagles, the Kane Elks and the L.O.O. M in Kane.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are five sisters, Barbara, Margaret “Marty”, Shirley, Debra Jo and Sandra; three brothers, Robert, Tom and Dennis; and five children, Brandon, Britney, Kendra, Tony and Christopher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Kuchel.
Friends may attend a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Ed Carocci, of the New Beginnings Assembly of God Church in East Kane, officiating.
