Armed Robbery on Summer Street
City Police responded a citizen armed robbery on Summer Street. The victim arrived home and an unknown male demanded money from the victim. The suspect displayed a handgun and was able to obtain cash from the victim before fleeing towards N Center Street. The suspect is described as a white male 25-35 years of age, approx 6’00-6’02, 220lbs and wearing dark pants and a dark hooded sweat shirt. ** In an attempt to calm people’s fears we would like to note that we are confident the victim was targeted and not a random crime of opportunity.
