Allegheny County man arrested after traveling to meet 11-year-old ‘girl’ and her ‘family’ for sex
Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced the arrest of an Allegheny County man accused of posting an online advertisement that solicited incestuous sex, and then traveling to a local hotel to meet who he believed was an 11-year-old girl and her parents.
