Nicholas Gelormini

Smethport – Nicholas A. Gelormini, 74, of Smethport, died Saturday (October 12, 2013) in the Lakeview Senior Care & Living Ctr., Smethport. He was born Feb 15, 1939 in Pittsburgh, a son of Louis and Frances Cuttrazulo Gelormini. Mr. Gelormini was a graduate of Connelly Trade High School in Pittsburgh, and had worked in autobody over the years, and ultimately was a machinist. He worked for High Level Machine Shop in Ohio. He was a former member of the American Legion; John Berg Post #976 of Crosby and a former member of the American Legion; Bucktail Post #138 of Smethport. In addition to his mother, Frances Gelormini of Reading, PA, he is survived by: three sisters: Mary Ann Peto of Parma, OH, Geraldine DeNinno of Virginia Beach, VA, and Louise Stec of Pittsburgh, PA two brothers: Joseph Frank Gelormini of Smethport, PA and Louis Gelormini, Jr. of Reading, PA and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at 2:30 P.M., in the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., 2 Bank St., Smethport, with the Rev. Vincent P. Cieslewicz, pastor of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Smethport, officiating. Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
