Great Valley NY - Mr. Antonio J. Manti Jr., age 74, of Stone Road, Great Valley, New York died at his home on Wednesday evening, August 31, 2010.

Born on January 21, 1936 in Lancaster, New York he was the son of the late Antonio Sr. and Laura Santa Marco Manti.

Mr. Manti was a veteran of the U.S. Army working as an engineer for the U.S. Space Agency in the 1960's.

He was a Licensed Architect and was employed with Zigfried Construction Company in Buffalo, New York.

He was an avid hunter, trap shooter and golfer.

Surviving are: a brother, Sebastian (Nancy) Manti, Erie, Pa.; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Puccio and a brother, Joseph Manti.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.
