Breaking News:
Man Threatened Neighbors On Horse Run Road.

A Shinglehouse man was arrested, arraigned, and jailed early Saturday morning after a reported shooting incident involving a neighbor dispute on the Horse Run Road in the Borough of Shinglehouse.

The initial dispatch indicated that a bullet had been fired into a residence, although that report has not been confirmed officially at this time. That report sent police officers from several communities and state police to the scene on Friday night.

Walter Lester Mitchell, 50, of Shinglehouse, PA, was arrested by Shinglehouse Police Chief Bradley S. Buchholz, and arraigned before District Judge Barbara Easton on charges of: 3 counts of Terroristic Threats With Intent To Terrorize (M1); 3 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2); and 3 counts of Disorderly Conduct ...
