ABOUT COPYRIGHT FAIR USE
Under the “fair use” rule of copyright law, an author may make limited use of another author’s work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary, criticism or parody. If your works are used under the fair use act, you may not have a valid claim of copyright infringement.
These Notice and Takedown Procedures only apply to claims of copyright infringement by copyright holders and their agents – not to any other kind of abuse, infringement or legal claim. Such as claims of defamation or libel. We will investigate and take action against anyone abusing the DMCA notification or counter-notification procedure.
If you have a defamation or libel complaint, it may be against the sites rules, please use our contact form to open up a dialog with the site owners regarding your issues.
