You can't expect privacy when in a public place. Thats the reason the Paparazzi aren't sued to the poorhouse by the richest people in the world. Even a 25 million dollar a movie career don't give you the right to tell people what they can and can't do in public. Until congress passes a law, it's legal for me to take a pic of anything my eye can see in public, this IS A MEDIA OUTLET, not traditional but it is (look at perezehilton.com, drudgereport.com)... yes if I took a pic of you in a private setting, then you can sue me. Until I get that pic of you from your bathroom window, don't bother. it will be a waste of your time.
