Obama is a sell out to big oil, I'm not trying to cover for him, BUT could it be that they give to EVERY SINGLE PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION? And perhaps Obama got far less than they gave to Bush?

The article states that they do in fact kick in every four years no matter who the president is.
