Here is another local in the national news.

Laurie Barr from Save our Streams Pa in the Huffington Post:

It's not only the drillers who are doing great things for our state and country! (LOL!)

Laurie Barr was also in Bradford last week showing a documentary film maker from New York City around after he heard her on NPR, and saw her on public TV.

Laurie Barr is in Bradford pretty often.

Ironic that these two people couldnt be any more opposite in their views. I like this quote by Laurie Barr; "We may never stop the shale gas development in the Marcellus, but we could at least reduce the risk by promoting the plugging of old wells near active drilling sites," Sounds like she has some common sense.
