With John Sullivan selling all the Foster Township employees down the road by their desire to consolidate the services and gradually dissolve the township. John Sullivan has no rime or reason to want to give up Foster Townships sewer as it is solvent and he knows this!
But, why is Dale Phillips not attending township meetings. It appears frequently that a cell phone is in his place and the residents have to listen to garbled nonsense. Does he attend to township business being out of town as frequent as he is?

Mr. Phillips has been out of town since the beginning of December 2012. As of this date January 10, 2013 he is still out of the area. He was not present at last Monday nights meeting. He attended the meeting via cell phone.

Since Supervisor Dale Phillips publicly admitted he is incapable of taking the sewer responsibility and from the comments of this thread it also appears he hasn't been in the Bradford area for over one month. So in my opinion and since i am a foster township resident i feel Phillips should resign from his current position as township supervisor. We need people that are capable of doing the job and not on vacation for some of the most important meetings.Phillip was also M.I.A at this time last year!!!

ironic that tom riel calls the foster township meetings a circus when its his own brother in law dale phillips that makes a circus out of the meetings. shameful they both need to resign and crawl back to tuna cross.

Sounds like Phillps makes a pretty good living at buy here pay here. Is Phillps really the mayors brother in law? I can't believe its legal to have a government meeting and attend by cell phone? I am so glad i dont live up north any more.

I'm thinking about the meetings in the past when his opposition voted on things "behind his back" when he was out of town. Spending the $20.000.00 new fire truck money on a really sleazy gamble comes to mind.

Why didn't the mayor "attend" the meeting(s?) by cell? Especially considering the City Council was voting on something foolish he opposed?

The Township residents wait his return as the word spreads about his intentions. What did John Sullivan and his buddies up town promise Dale Phillips? The Public is watching these men closely and their agendas.

Not uncommon for corporate directors to attend meetings by cellphone or teleconference when they are unable to be there in person. They hear everything going on and can provide their own input. In the cases I've encountered this I've been happy the individual took enough interest to participate even when on other business, or vacationing.

I stopped in the Township office today and to my surprise Dale is back in town. Resident Taxpayer I wonder why he Didn't call me? Dale I hope you had a good vacation. Welcome back?
