Did I hear a rumor that the Foster Township supervisors are attempting to restrict freedom of speech at the township meetings? The American Civil Liberties Union usually takes up causes like this. I am sure it is John Sullivan and Dale Phillips up to their dirty tricks as they have a history of making back room deals and in my opinion using their official positions for personal self gain.

Well, isn't there another supervisor who is in favor of transparency and everything being open to the public?

I doubt they will be able to get away with back room deals in FT.

Last spring when this thread here first appeared it was about the promotion of a police officer from the Foster Township Police Department. The thread relayed what was being stated by the Foster Township Supervisor that headed the Police Department and not from the officer, Michael Thomas as the public was lead to believe. I addressed this issue within a month or two at the monthly supervisors meeting. I will state my stance again that Officer Michael Thomas has the utmost integrity, honesty, and fairness that I have witnessed in any man. The integrity, honesty and fairness but firmness stands out with each and every Foster Township Police Officer and the Chief! This is accomplished with diligent hard work. This can be verified by the Tuna Valley Police Study.

I just wanted to let the people in the Bradford Area know that I contacted Penn Dot today about the Foster Brook intersection. I once again told them that this intersection is of great concern with people who travel threw that dangerous intersection on a daily basis. Before any new business attempts to build, a Highway Occupancy Permit will be needed before any construction can begin. If we don't keep the pressure on Penn. Dot. someone will get severely hurt or worse a fatality could occur. We have applied for the turning arrows on the East Main St side. Just waiting to here from Penn. Dot. I will keep you posted.

Thank you landlord for watching the publics safety of the intersection. In my opinion, Foster Township Supervisors, Dale Phillips and John Sullivan have shown little concern for the publics safety at that intersection. Dale Phillips should disclose to the public his interest in the intersection and John Sullivan should show some interest in Foster Township and not the needs of the city.

In my opinion, Dale Phillips is taking orders from his brother in law Mayor Tom Riel and Foster Township flunky John Sullivan. Sullian, Riel, and Phillips are puppets for the consolidation movement. The public would like for these men to shine the light on their agendas.

Patton, Its nice to hear from you. John Sullivan is still trying to consolidate the Foster Township Sewer with his "Buddy's Uptown". At last months work session Sullivan even went so far as to say the sewer lost revenue in 2012. We got a preliminary report from the Auditors on the sewer and its in the black. Imagine that? My good friend the Parrot at last months meeting told the huge crowd that in his opinion the sewer take over is a conspiracy? Something sure doesn't seem right? Patton once again its nice to hear from you!!!!

Come on guys, just submit to it! Let our whole area consolidate! WE, the over taxed in the city, can really use the help from you (suckers) to help pay our taxes!

Plus you can share in the shame of being in a city who has the highest teen pregnancy rates, and the highest reported child abuse in the state!

At last Thursdays work session we had an unexpected guest attend. It was the one and only Mayor Riel. John Sullivan and his buddy Riel were asked why the COG = CONSOLIDATION OF GOVERMENTS meeting was cancelled? Their reply was it was announced last month? OK then why aren't there any legal notices in the era to the times and location of these meetings? This could be a possible sunshine law violation? I've been attending these meetings for sometime and since John Sullivan has been involved all they seem to talk about is consolidation. John the taxpayers in Foster Township don't want to consolidate with the City Of Bradford. In my opinion John Sullivan and Riel seem to have some type of agenda going and I think once again in my opinion the taxpayers in Foster Township won't like the out come? Maybe if Riel comes to our next meeting I will make it a point to ask him why he doesn't have to pay his property taxes?
