It appears Mr. Riel is using the Bradford Era to respond to the threads here on Bradford Today. Stony, I forgot about the bet that was going around about you making claim that the City of Bradford taxes were going up and that they wouldn't because Mr. Riel would want to prove you wrong. I think he wanted to prove Mr. Connelly wrong too. Is it true that the timber revenue came in at the expense of the tax payers since timber is at it lowest?? This sounds like a distressful situation when you sell off your stock when it is low because you are broke. I don't think the city kicked the can down the road, they rolled a snowball!

Naw, i dont think so Patton, nobody reads this 'thing' do they? BTW, for what its worth, it looks like they cut a huge tract while they were at it. Hey we might as well throw this guy up again, I think the city should adopt him for their new logo, put him on the letterhead, the side of the vehicles...

Ah, just last night I ran into my old buddy Pud Peck at the Bradford Hotel. He was ogling 'ol Hollywood who was sitting on the mayors lap. They were celebrating officer O'Lucko's promotion to chief of the lice patrol!
(Don't get me started, because I have lots of stories from the Bradford Hotel!) (LOL!)

What was the name of that news magazine he used to publish? I remember bits and pieces but not much more. I thought I was imaging that the two news mediums were co-mingling. It would be nice to see an objective in print news medium again.
My friend Bernie wrote to me. He properly pointed out "The Rainbow Inn burned slap to the ground and Bud Beck again finds himself in the Era. He wrote three books, not a mention. Tom Riel runs for Mayor and the Era writes about Beck and the Nude Dance Club."
So the next day there was a followup article. Once more my "friends" at the newspaper did their work.
It was called "Rainbow Inn fire update". It was written by a woman of dubious integrity, questionable morality, and even alleged homosexual, or at least bi-sexual tendencies. I was offered photographs of her - the kind I can't publish here, to spread (pardon the pun) across the web in places that would certainly embarrass her and any parents she might have. As much as I might have like to, it was more than I could swallow.
While I was a gentleman and declined, she was not a lady. She put someone up to call my the mother of my grand daughter in an effort to dig up family dirt. She found out a lot.

Darcy Sledgehammer took in all the news and twisted it to Mayor Fake's approval. Reporter Darcy was informing the boys that the law was going to catch up with those on that blog Tuna Valley Tomorrow. Darcy don't like her stories being questioned by Tuna Valley Tomorrow, only by Mayor Fake who can adjust her words to his liking so the public remains misinformed.

Now you got it Patton! Maybe I'll meet you down at the Bradford Hotel for a drink later. Oh, I mean "Snookies" .... remember, they changed the name since Pud Peck used to drink there .... It's Snookies now. One of mayor Fakes favorite haunts. LOL!
