What I heard can't be true. Is the city really charging our VETERANS rent for use of their own square? This has to be a joke. Both my brothers were WW2 vets. This is an insult to all who are serving or served our country!!!

Well, the scummers and drug dealers use it for free! Ya gotta charge SOMEBODY! LOL!
What do the veterans want to use it for? Are they charging rent on the square or for providing city services? Seems like a crime to charge Veterans when scummers can loiter for free!
