In the spirit of peace, I'd like to recognize and thank Landlord for all he is doing for our area.

In the past Landlord and I had a disagreement on a few issues like the garbage fees and allowing slumlords to attend the landlords meetings. But those issues have worked themselves out.

Landlord is one of the few local officials standing up for the "little guy" or the working people of our area. Keep up the good work! We can use somebody like this in the city of Bradford- someone who is watching out for the best interests of the taxpayers- all the time!
