Apparently only about eight or ten states have such a thing. I'm glad I don't do business in any of those states. We don't even have a state income tax here.....and our economy is booming compared to the rest of the country. Proof that increasing the tax burden on people does NOT guarantee prosperity. Individual responsibility, hard work, and less government meddlin do.
