Bradford Township Supervisors are agreeing to turn their residents monthly sewer payments over to the Bradford Sanitary Authority. Foster Township residents are taking the Patrick Henry route. This is about Municipality Sovereignty!http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sewage-Wa ... 527?ref=hl
