John Sullivan, Foster Township Supervisor wants to turn the Foster Township Sewage Department over to the City of Bradford. He would like for Foster Township to hand over all future monthly sewer bill payments made by its residents to the Bradford Sanitary Authority! This is over 1 million dollars a year in lost revenue that would be used for sewage upgrades as mandated by the DEP. Sullivan wants Foster Township residents to continue to pay for all upgrades which is in the millions of dollars and receive no further income from the residents sewer bills. When asked who wants this by the supervisors at an Executive Session, Sullivan responded: 'People who have a vision for Bradford!' This is a delusion and not a vision! There will be a Foster Township Work Session this Thursday, November, 15 at 6:30pm in the Foster Township Municipal building on East Main Street to address this issue. The Sewage Wars have begun!

Bradford Township is flushing and their tax paying residents are not even aware! The word is spreading quick as to what is going on and We the People are not pleased.

Foster Township Work Session on Thursday November 15, at 6:30pm. It is open to the Public! Remember, Foster Township Residents that John Sullivan wants We the People to send our monthly sewer bills to the Bradford Sanitary Authority. Then he expects us, We the People to raise our taxes ten fold to pay for the unfunded mandates by the DEP to connect more EDU's (sewer lines to more homes) and the new customer will send their money to The Bradford Sanitary Authority! Foster Township Residents have all the expense and work! Foster Township Sewer Department will loose over one million dollars a year in Revenue. This will put Foster Township at an "economically unsustainable" position. We the People know what "economically unsustainable" entails.

This is the same John Sullivan that voted against recouping over $100,000.00 from the engineering firm that screwed up the Pennvest Loan for Foster Township. This man and his people with a vision for Bradford have blinders on! Look around Bradford and their leadership, what have they accomplished but debt! 5.2 million dollar bond and over $300,000.00 in present debt. Ask these leaders what will be the debt for the 5.2 million dollar bond in given year when it is called. It is "Economically Unsustainable" and they are attempting to rob the coffers of the surrounding townships. It is sad that the Supervisors of Bradford Township are allowing this to happen. Remember, Lafayette Township and the Lewis Run Boro have the good sense not to even consider this nonsense!

Sounds like I should be rounding up the boys for this meeting Thursday night. I believe I have heard the term used in some of these threads around here. Torch and Pitchfork revolt are the entertainment for the night. Man those other guys running that township sounds like they have their hands full. There is a hornets nest a brewing and it doesn't look pretty for that pretty boy Sullivan I have heard. I wonder if his slick talking ways can get him out of this one. Word on the street is you don't want to miss it. I heard tassels will be a flying.
