No comments on a topless girl on bath salts running down the road and then rolling around in puddles of cold water?

This has to be a gift to the police!

Can you imagine being called out on a "suspected bath salts" call expecting to have to deal with a big crazy guy with the strength of ten men who might attempt to eat your face off? ........

And then instead seeing a topless 28 year old girl rolling around on the ground in a cold puddle? LOL!

Being a cop in this day and age might not be a glorious or desirable job, but a topless or naked girl on bath salts, might be a fun diversion! ...... Much better than trying to handcuff a big burly guy attempting to chew you face while you wrestle him to the ground!
