If you are told to evacuate and you don't then you alone are responsible for your safety, before, during and after the storm.

I guess there are three ways to classify stuff like this, alive, dead, or inanimate. My guess is that a fetus would be considered alive since it wouldn't be dead, that would eliminate the need for abortion, and no inanimate, because they are full of motion, cells are rapidly dividing, and so on.
