I saw the yellow Goblin-mobile at the ex doctors victorian on Williams street today, unfortunately my camera had dead batteries or i would post the pic. You cant miss it though. Apathy from City hall regarding the condition of the town and the spread of blight (and other things) sends a clear message. Its depressing to drive into town from the townships, or anywhere else for that matter. In fact there are certain routes i wont even take.
