Shouldn't abortion fall under the catagory of "ELECTIVE surgery"? Unless of course, the mother is in danger of dying by having a full term baby.
Seeing that elective surgery is paid out of pocket by the patient, wouldn't abortion fall under that catagory? Otherwise, I'm thinking most of the country should be getting stomachs stapled, or liposuction, paid for by the tax payers!
