Shadow ..... good luck with that! Hope you get a good seat between Josh Hatcher, and Hollywood Helen for eternity!

I scrolled down expecting there to be another line stating "And I'm taking my crayons home with me and you're never allowed to color with them again! And I'm telling your mom!"

I can't fathom why a two word reponse from me for Helen's song video is being so scrutinized by Stony. I just think it's awesome that she gets up in front of so many, and sings a song that she does not know the words to. Plus she's off key, does not have audience participation, but she just keeps going, enthusiastically! Maybe more ppl should have her "Life is good" attitude!

Relax Shadow, I was just wondering if you and Bernie really liked her performance, or if you were doing like many in Bradford do .... slyly, or passively aggressively make fun of her.

Her performance is great! I also like her voice.

We should all have her enthusiasm and her joy for life.

That "seat in heaven" comment was just tongue-in-cheek! Intended to give a glimpse into what heaven may be like! LOL!

But I do have one more serious religious question ..... Isn't Hollywood Helen telling everybody they will get into heaven actually anti-religious? In that, if we are ALL getting into heaven, no matter what we do here on earth we are still "in"? No matter how bad we are?

Many have a wrong view of God, heaven, qualifications to get there, what it will be like there, etc. Right, Stony? It is unwise to based serious, eternal decisions on anything or anyone other than the information given by the only One who KNOWS. If you expect to reach the heaven of the Bible and receive mercy from the God of the Bible, it stands to reason you should get your information about such things from the Bible. Just sayin'.....

Just for the record - First Night's Got Talent gave opportunities for anyone to audition - and then left it up to the public to vote.

Helen got LOTS of votes in the online voting portion of the competition.

I'm sure some of it was because people LIKE her... and some if it may have been for the "fun of it"

Personally, I like Helen. We've had a lot of interesting conversations over the years.

While I may not agree with all of her theology, I don't know much about the "past" that everyone associates with her.... because she's never shared those things with me - and I don't like to put stock in rumors....

Helen is definitely a character, and loves being in front of people, and is entertaining. I think she is kind, and witty, and a lot of fun to be around.

After this event, I took a carful of people home. She needed a ride, so she tagged along. We stopped at Crosby's for a snack, and had a heck of a fun time laughing and telling jokes and stories.

Stony - the "big screen" thing - just so you know what was going on there....

I was recording it on a three camera system that sends one output. It's the same recording feed that we threw onto the big screen. So close up shots don't "show" the big screen - but they did produce the kind of shots you are describing - but the wide shots do show it.... if we had two separate mixing setups, we would have been able to have a close up on the big screen at all times.

Also - I had a volunteer working cameras while I ran the sound board and MC'd the event. So the camera shots are a little different then what I would have chose - but hey - volunteers! I can't expect perfection!

Josh, lighten up ..... Most of my comments about you, Hollywood, and especially the "Not So Big Screen- Big Screen", was all in jest. Light hearted humor .....! I was trying to draw a picture for Shadow of you and Helen being greeters at the pearly gates one day! At the entrance to the "Bradford section" perhaps! LOL!

I've also had the opportunity to talk to Hollywood Helen more than a few times. I've heard some of the "rumors" first hand. She has told me many interesting stories for sure! I loved the "fireman" stories the best! LOL! She is a wealth of information!
And I believe her to be one of the most truthful people I've ever met in Bradford! I believe ALL of her stories! ..... And I've heard some dandies!

Tiger, I'm really not trying to enter into a serious discussion about religion or any other fictional subjects ..... (like ROMNEY winning in November!) !!!

Some of you "flat earthers" just don't get it do you?

Tiger, you DO still believe the earth is flat, don't you?

Well, Tiger ... I guess you missed the fact that the whole premise of my post, about Hollywood Helen having inside information on who will be going to heaven and who will not, was said tongue-in-cheek?

I'm an atheist. One of the many who knows there is no heaven .....So I will never ask a real serious question on an internet message board about somebody elses thoughts on religion seriously.

A lot of "you religious people" don't believe in evolution, global warming, or a round earth. I was wondering if you deny evolution, global warming and that the earth is round. Simple questions.

Helen has been to Vegas. No reason why she won't also be going to Heaven.
After all Stony, nobody really knows where they go until they're dead......then it's too late to tell the rest of us what to expect!
So be a good person, just in case!

I doubt there is anyone left in the civilized world that thinks the earth is flat....hasn't been for centuries. Evolution is a flawed theory...nothing more. Global warming is a scam, proven false.....nothing more. Simple answers.

BTW I'm surprised you didn't ask about the tooth fairy...
