Yeah, the woman with the strapped-in gas can was in Colorado, but it has probably happened here. I see she also thinks that a diaper suffices for clothing. And I'd bet my life that she is a smoker, and tossed her ciggy out the window when she realized she was being pulled over. Good thing it didn't fly back into the back window!
She was probably getting gas for the 14 year old's ATV so he could ride to the tattoo parlor, then stop at the Bar and pick up his new Dad before coming home to the rental shack with no front door and cardboard for windows!

If.... you repeatedly vomit in your front yard (while people sit at a red light directly across from you) and then let the chihuahua that you are walking eat it. I witnessed this today (as a captive audience) while sitting at the traffic light where Interstate meets West Washington street!
