The Era ran a photo today of Bradford Police questioning a guy in a Batman suit on West Washington street. Right next to that photo is a write up about a female daredevil at the fair who does ariel stunts a hundred feet above the crowd without a net or tether, but the best photo is one one the front page by Alan Hancock (Al, i love your photos!) that really captures the essence of Bradfords neighborhoods. It shows a colored boy motivating himself up Congress place on a pogo stick with a boarded up blighted house in the background. Sources say that there is actually someone living in one of these condemned houses with the "diver down" flag on it somewhere in the second ward. Maybe that kid is just on his way home. :wink:
