All those on the sewer authority who took bribes and kick backs for so many years are starting to feel guilty about it. So they plan to pool all their ill gotten gains an build a brand new sewer plant that meets all the needed regulations for the people of Bradford for free!

They decided that the decent thing to do is to give back all the taxpayers money and the best use of it would be a big, brand new facility!

Any money left over will be given to the OECD. And there could be millions left over!

This may be a great start, and perhaps other departments in the city of Bradford could do the same .........

Thats big news Stony, but pales in comparison to what I just heard! The ex fire chief is going to give the city back its $20,000.00 and buy the new chief a brand new official car! In addition, the old CE crew has announced that they will waive the next 15 years of their pension payments after developing a guilty conscious over the condition of Bradfords housing! Amazing!

Yeah how about it! When they came to church to confess their sins to me I couldn't believe they had actually seen the effects of their actions! (Shhh, confessions are supposed to be confidential)

And did I hear that our police chief might move to the township and become the township chief and the mayor is trying to hire Dale Vukovich away from the State Police?

Speaking of bumpers too high .... there is a very noticeable, "high profile" car tooling around town ...... perhaps you noticed the bright yellow vehicle with the tricked out rims ...... It's rear bumper is another foot higher than the one on the pickup truck that the State Police had pulled over that appeared in the ERA.

BUT it's owned by *somebody* who apparently has some kind of "immunity".

They've had that vehicle for several months and it looks to be every bit as illegal as any of the red neck pickups jacked up to the sky and they don't seem to have any problems with the law .........

Do they have some kind of special immunity from the law?

Why else wouldn't they get a bunch of tickets for an illegal bumper height? Like you and I would get if you or I had a bumper that high?

During trips to Russia in 1941, Heinrich Himmler learned the psychological impact on the Einsatzgruppen killers posed by the shooting of women and children. Hence, he commissioned Arthur Nebe to explore ways of killing that were less stressful for the killers.
The use of gas vans had two disadvantages:
1.It was slow—some victims took twenty minutes to die.
2.It was not quiet—The drivers could hear the victims' screams, which they found distracting and disturbing.

By June 1942 the main producer of gas vans, Gaubschat Fahrzeugwerke GmbH, delivered 20 gas vans in 2 models (for 30-50 and 70-100 individuals) to Einsatzgruppen, out of 30 ordered. Not one gas van was extant at the end of the war. The existence of gas vans first came to light in 1943 during the trial of Nazi collaborators involved in the gassing of 6700 civilians in Krasnodar. The total number of gas van gassings is unknown. One German document dated June 5, 1942 in occupied Minsk indicates that from December 1941 to June 1942 3 gas vans were used to kill 97,000 civilians.
