I remember it well. A chilling, cold blooded murder of two decent guys who were just coming in for a coffee break. Since I had skiied there and knew the lay-out of the lodge, I could almost picture in my mind. I've heard rumors that two ppl from Bradford were involved...they worked there at the time, and it was said to be an inside job. Never any proof though.

Hmmm. Shadow, now you have me wracking my brain, trying to remember who they were. I participated in some cross country motorcycles races there in the early 80s and remember someone connected with Wing showing me where everything "went down". It gave me a disturbing feeling that stayed with me through the years.

I know the names, but I'll only say that the last names start with F and I. The one with "F" supposedly had a large sum of Canadian money, but nothing could be proved.

I heard the same exact thing, only their last names ended in O and A. Why would a Bradfordian have a large sum of Canadian money? hmmmm.........

That seems to be a reoccurring problem in Bradford ..... "nothing can ever be proven". A bi-product of apathy! Everything has to be swept under the carpet! So much for sunshine!

It's not just Bradford, Stony. This crime happened in New York State.
