I got it on good word that Mitt Romney is a Vampire. It is said he loves to suck your blood, and money. So I heard. I guess that is how he got rich.

Taxes have risen exponentially since obama took office. Romney can come after me, there's nothing left.

Here is a photo from the 1800's, it's said Romney wanted to become the first vamp president after Lincoln killed most of his family and later became president.

That's right, limit it to just one tax, one that hasn't risen, while ignoring the many many others that have. How about this one buried in the healthcare bill. 3.9% investment tax.

What other taxes are higher besides Health Care's that you speak Flash? I would like an itemized list because I saw a guy with a tea shirt one time (I was just leaving work when I saw him and he looked like he didn't work as his attire and the hour of day it was-I know jumping to conclusions) that read:" Mount Tax-More"with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reed, and Obama's picture on the front and I didn't understand what taxes were raised on that individual when part of the stimulus included a 400 dollar single and 800 dollar married deduction that year. I have come to conclude that if the federal government cuts back on funding to the state, the state must either cut their budget to make up for that loss or raise taxes, so like State to the county ditto, so like the townships and cities ditto so like the schools, ditto. Now that couldn't be what happened , could it?

Sure thing Chippee...

On February 4, 2009, the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 was signed into law, which raised the federal tax rate for cigarettes on April 1, 2009 from $0.39 per pack to $1.01 per pack

This new ObamaCare bargain would for the first time apply the 2.9% Medicare payroll tax to "interest, dividends, annuities, royalties and rents," so-called passive income that we are told includes capital gains, though the latter wasn't explicitly mentioned in the proposal. This antigrowth investment tax would apply to singles earning more than $200,000 and joint filers over $250,000 and comes on top of the Senate's 0.9-percentage-point increase in the payroll tax, which would bring the combined employee-employer share to 3.8%. The rate hike on investment income would presumably take effect at the same time the 2001 and 2003 Bush tax cuts are due to expire next year, bringing the top rate to 22.9% as the current top capital gains rate would also rise to 20% from 15%. That's a 52% jump, and the last time investors were slammed with anything comparable was 1986 when the capital gains rate bounced to 28% from 20%—or a 40% increase—as part of the Reagan tax reform that reduced income tax rates.

Starting in 2013, high earners -- defined as households making make more than $250,000 or single people making more than $200,000 -- will see their Medicare payroll taxes increase 0.9 percentage points, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation. Also, people at these income levels pay a new tax on investment income of 3.8 percent.

Raise $143 billion over the next decade by increasing estate and gift taxes, and changing the way some trusts are taxed. (this one hurts my 13 year old niece by taxing money that has already been taxed.)

Every proposal coming out of the democratic controlled senate and the white house has some form of tax increase in it.

Wow that's gonna run us into the poor house isn't it? How much is that really going to cost you??? Come on? Screw the little kids, huh? they can just get sick and die right? They don't need the government helping them stay alive with special programs if it's going to cost us all money! Hey confidentially, I don't give a rats ass about tobacco tax- I gave that obnoxious habit up. You know I bet you can't even afford a pack with all these high taxes. I think your way off base, We are paying the lowest in taxes in proportion tho the 1950's, trouble is you are just like the rest of your type in hating taxes but loving to drive on the roads, visit parks, have convenient government offices and services at your command, but you don't want to pay for them. You know a lot of taxes you spoke of haven't even take effect, How far in the future have you lost money in taxes?

I'm sure there's more to this than meets the eye but it's true that these tax cuts were so badly communicated that I didn't find out about them until my guy at H&R Block told me about them.
