Has anybody heard about this mob attack? Have there been any similar attacks anywhere? I heard that Philadelphia suddenly has a curfew of 9pm but didn't hear too many details. Related?

Can you even IMAGINE the backlash if it had been white teens targeting black people?! Al Sharpton, Where are you now?!

The anti-sharpton Mayor Nutter talking about the black teen flash mobs in Philly. (he gets going at about 6:30, really gets going about 9:00) The delay in the story out of Wisconsin was due to the PC police repeating over and over again the that they weren't sure it was racially motivated. Mobs of blacks attacking whites? Mobs of blacks attacking whites? Yep, racial.
Both of these are all over the news and have been since they happened.

I feel compelled to take the counter point here.
Must I remind everybody that for the past way over a hundred years, gangs of white people all over this country hunted down and beat, tortured, and murdered black people just because they were black. And the vast majority of those perpetrators of hate crimes were never prosecuted.
I think some of you conveniently forget what country we are in or what planet we are on!
Put it in proper perspective. Look at the big picture.
