5th Annual Heart of the Alleghenies Folk Music Festival August 8 - 10, 2008
Spend a fantastic weekend immersed in the sounds of old-time, bluegrass, dulcimer, French-Canadian, Scottish, Irish, & World folk music. Learn, listen, jam, and dance in an informal college setting with an impressive lineup of talented musicians.
All activities will be held at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in the northwestern Pennsylvania town of Bradford.
The Festival Area will be located at the heart of the campus in the Frame-Westerburg building. Concerts, Dining, Dorm, and Workshop areas are all within a small area. Tent campers and RV campers will have access to the Dorm showers and will be only a short walk from all activities.
