BradfordToday assumes that all advertising is legal and is not misleading or untruthful. BradfordToday is not responsible for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible for person-to-person communication. Buy or sell at your own risk.

Posting:

1. You must be a subscriber of BradfordToday to post ads. Subscription is free and only takes a few minutes to complete.

2. Only ads that are legal in the United States and Pennsylvania may be placed on this site.

3. You may not post ads for:

• Adult products or services
• Community Alerts (Post Here Instead)
• Gambling related
• Warez/file sharing/piracy
• Monetary requests
• Obituaries (Post Here Instead)
• Tobacco
• Medications of any kind
• Comments On Other Ads (Post In Forums Instead)
• Community Announcements (Post Here Instead)
• Sold notices

4. Do not use obscene or offensive language. You may not post any ad that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing or in violation of the law.

5. Ads must be placed in relevant categories.

Buying:

SCAMS: Be aware that there are scam artists out there who enjoy trying to take advantage of free services such as these classifieds. If something sounds too good to be true is probably is.

1. NEVER wire money to someone for something or give anyone financial information such as bank account numbers.
2. Money Orders And Cashier checks CAN be fakes. The bank will cash them and when it is discovered weeks later to be fake, your bank will hold you responsible.
3. BT is NOT involved in any transactions. We do not handle payments, provide an escrow service, guarantee transactions, offer "Buyer Protection".

DEAL LOCAL. The best way to not get scammed is to deal local with people you can meet in person. While it may sound good that a person wants to pay you double your asking price and include a large shipping fee to send an item to them, it is most likely a scam.
