Railroad Crossing Work May 27 – 29 on Route 4003 (Bingham Road) in Lafayette Township

Detour will be in effect as repairs take place

Bradford – Work to repair a railroad crossing on Route 4003 (Bingham Road) in Lafayette Township is scheduled for May 27 through 29. Crews from the Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad Spur Line will be working to reconstruct the highway railroad crossing surface, northeast of the village of Bingham.

A detour will be in effect during the repair work. From Route 4003, the detour will direct drivers to use Route 59 and Route 646. All work is weather dependent.

PennDOT reminds drivers to follow official detour signing, obey posted speed limits and always buckle up.
